FAQs

Why would I work with you on development and/or design projects remotely via the internet instead of with someone I can physically meet?

We opened this web-based firm because our interests and scope of work grew. Granted, we can't be in Santiago, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, or New York all at the same time. However, nearly 100% of our design work and roughly 70% of our development work are currently done remotely. We love our work and also work quite hard. You can typically reach us 7 days per week, and between email, our international U.S. based phone line, and video conferencing, communication is a seamless process.

Our competitive advantage is our
flexibility and prices. The quality of work you'll receive with us is comparable if not superior to that of on-site staff or contract designers, researchers, or writers. Our years of in-house managerial level experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, coupled with advanced graduate study is notably evident in everything we produce.

Due to the fact we have clients who require on-site work, we have purposely made ourselves extremely flexible to meet any and all deadlines, regardless of the day or hour, for all of our clients we cannot physically meet with. We recognize in a perfect world everyone would prefer to meet (maybe not!!!), so we have created a pricing structure with an embedded discount that will save you money for a comparable if not superior product/service that an on-site consultant could provide.

Why should I hire you as my designer?

First and foremost, you need to like and feel comfortable with my style. If you have not already done so, take a moment to peruse my Graphic Design, Logos, and Fine Art/Illustration samples. My style is varied, purposely. I have designed for virtually every market-base, which has thankfully stretched me creatively and afforded me the opportunity to work with an amazing list of Clients over the years. Regardless of whether I'm creating a logo, annual report, sales brochure, or web site, the design needs to pop, draw people in, and be contemporary to the time. What truly sets me apart is my attention to detail, an understanding of the desired impact my clients are seeking to achieve, and always keeping my work crisp, clean, and bold. How do we pay you?

We receive most of our payments through Paypal. If you are not familiar with Paypal, you do not need to have an account to settle a payment with us. Using a credit card or transferring funds from your bank account are easy and allowable. If you're interested in using Paypal, it is free, a snap to set-up, and quickly becoming the preferred method for consultants both within the U.S. and around the world to settle payment.

For grant-writing services, due to the nature of the submission process via traditional mail, we maintain permanent U.S. representation at all times to facilitate this process. Payment for grant-writing services can be settled either through Paypal or a check to our permanent U.S. writing partner.
