Peter Frerichs and Sandra Busta are a husband and wife team who share a common connection between two places in opposite "poles" of the world: California and Chile. Sandra's parents hail from Chile and she was born and raised in California. Peter is from California and has spent time studying and consulting in Chile. Our affection for both places has resulted in a consulting practice that not only includes clients from these two places, but everywhere in between and beyond.

With two bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design and Fine Art, Sandra opened her own design firm in 2004. A classically trained fine artist from childhood, Sandra has designed and worked with number of celebrated clients such as Bloomingdale's, Princess Cruises, The American Red Cross, and The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Sandra was nationally recognized in 2006 when her illustration for a CD cover appeared on Good Morning America and The View.

Peter has over 10 years of experience working in the U.S. and Latin America with non-profits, government entities, and private sector firms. His areas of practice are project/program evaluation, grant writing, and market research. Peter holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (USC).
